S-Play — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how S-Play ("we", "us", "our", or "the app"), developed by Salih Baglan, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application. By using S-Play, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you sign in with your Google account, we collect:

• Display name
• Profile photo URL
• Unique user identifier (UID)

If you choose to continue as a guest, an anonymous account is created. No personal information is collected from guest users beyond what is described below.

1.2 Automatically Generated Data

• Friend Code: A unique code (e.g., #XXXX-XXXX) is automatically generated for your account to enable the friends feature.
• Online Status: Your online/offline status and last seen timestamp are recorded to show your availability to friends.

1.3 Friends Data

When you use the friends feature, we store:

• Your friends list (user IDs and timestamps)
• Friend request data (sender name, friend code, status)

1.4 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers:

• Language preferences: Your selected app language
• Game cache: Cached game content for faster loading, managed with version-based cache invalidation
• WebView data: Standard browser data created when playing web-based games

1.5 Advertising Data

S-Play uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (advertising ID)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication: To create and manage your account
• Friends Feature: To enable adding friends, sending/receiving friend requests, and displaying online status
• Game Experience: To load and cache games for optimal performance
• Advertisements: To display banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob
• App Functionality: To remember your language preference and provide a localized experience

3. Data Storage and Security

Your account data (profile information, friends list, friend requests) is stored securely using Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication). Firebase employs industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest.

Locally stored data (language preferences, game cache) remains on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data.

4. Third-Party Services

S-Play uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

5. Children's Privacy

S-Play is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With other users: Your display name, profile photo, online status, and friend code are visible to your friends within the app
• With service providers: Firebase and AdMob process data as described in their respective privacy policies
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data through your in-app profile
• Delete your account by contacting us at the email below
• Opt out of personalized ads through your device's ad settings
• Log out of the app at any time through the Settings screen

8. Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data will be removed from our servers within a reasonable timeframe. Locally cached data is automatically removed when you uninstall the app.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
